Venue hire includes exclusive use of Pennard House, gardens and The Coach House on the day of your wedding through to the next morning. We include round or trestle tables, chairs, firewood and existing lighting.
You will also be allocated a dedicated Wedding Director to help plan and coordinate your wedding.

Generally speaking, check-in is at 10am on the day of your wedding and check-out is 11am the next morning. If you choose to book the night before the wedding too, you are also able to access The Coach House from 5pm that day to decorate.
To make your booking we send out a booking agreement and ask for a deposit of 25% of the booking fee for Pennard House.
A further 25% is due 12 months before your wedding, as well as a £1000 catering deposit and the outstanding payments including catering, any drinks packages or the drinks handling fee, can be made one month before the wedding.
